Protecting Coral Reefs in Tres Palmas
The Rincon Chapter is calling upon federal agencies to protect threatened elkhorn and staghorn corals and other marine resources in the Marina Reserva Tres Palmas (RMTP) in Puerto Rico from nearby development.
